Custom USB takes great pride in keeping things easy for our customers. That’s why we’ve created this simple 4 step order process.

STEP 1:

Get a Quote

Request a no obligation quote and we’ll promptly send you an accurate quote. You can count on a dedicated Account Manager to guide you through the entire process in the event you come across any roadblocks. If you’d like your logo printing, we encourage you to send your logo in vector format to expedite the process. 

STEP 2:

Review

Once we email you a digital proof, you’ll review it and inform us of any changes you’d like made. It’s important to note that changes or cancellations are not permitted beyond this step so it’s essential to review your digital proof carefully.

STEP 3:

Payment & Production

 We’ll move your order to production as soon as you approve it. During this step, our printing experts will use cutting-edge technology to customize your order. The volume of your order as well as the level of customization you’d like will dictate the length of production.

While your order is being produced, you’ll receive an invoice that can be paid via credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer. 

STEP 4:

Quality Check & Shipping

In the post production stage our quality control team would closely scrutinize the order and this includes both automated tests as well as visual screening. Once the Quality Control process is over our packaging team would take your order forward and prepare it for shipment. Shipping details will be email with the tracking number so you can track your order.
